In principle, we keep your table free up to 10 min. after reservation time, after the table is passed on for other guests. If you have a table reservation at 6.00 pm or 6:30 pm, we ask you to release the table for our new guests by 08:15 pm at the latest.
If you have a table reservation from 08:30 pm onwards, the table is yours until our restaurant closes.
If you have reserved a table but you are running late, please call us on 0043 5444 5302 - only then can we hold your table for another 10 minutes even though you are not here yet.
Please inform us immediately of any changes to your reservation. Changes/cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the reservation. A NO SHOW fee of € 30.00 per person will be charged for no-shows.
